When we are present, the light inside is on. It is the full realization of consciousness. From this place, we can approach ourselves and others with honesty, compassion, and equanimity. Then, true communication, true connection begins. This light of being is infectious. If we can turn it on within ourselves, it often triggers the switch in others.
