The Light does not Discriminate

Light gives of itself freely, filling all available space.  It does not seek anything in return; it asks not whether you are friend or foe.  It gives of itself and is not thereby diminished.  ~Michael Strassfeld

This week’s quote and beautiful video remind us of the light within that is pure consciousness. To acknowledge and embrace that light can be terrifying because it illuminates everything within ourselves – the good, the bad, the painful.

Yet, the sooner we learn to flip the switch, the sooner we become the person we’re meant to be. We must not be afraid to share our light. For when we do this, we provide warmth and a catalyst for others to acknowledge their own light.

Wishing you a luminous Saturday.
