“You are never too old to set another goal or to dream a new dream.”
-C.S. Lewis-
I’m sure every one of us has either heard or used the phrase “set in his/her ways.” Ever stop to think what that actually means? We attribute that quality of perception to getting older, to the unwillingness to change. But why are we ever unwilling to change? It’s fear. Fear of failure or fear of disturbing our level of comfort. If this doesn’t apply to you, I sincerely congratulate you. But for most of us, there is always something that we’d like to change about our life situation or some new thing we’d like to try (however small it may be).
I’m not talking about flitting from one triviality to another. If you cultivate presence through meditation or any other means, you will learn to be very open with yourself and others. You will understand how to listen to yourself–what you want and what you need. Do not be afraid to give attention to those deepest of desires. Dare to dream, and keep dreaming.
Wishing you depth of presence this Saturday.

Good advice………dreaming and visualizing all things that one may want to venture into and experience….and then focusing on how to achieve that which is the way….perfectly imperfectly!
